I am a MailChimp co-founder and head of customer service. Previously I was a PHP and web developer who managed city sites for Cox Interactive Media, I worked alongside Rocket Science Group founder Ben Chestnut to create DIY email-marketing service MailChimp.
I’m not your typical techie—I DJed for many years (still have over 10,000 records), I ran a record label, and was a shop sponsored skateboarder who rode with the real-life Beavis and Butthead.
I like to lead the MailChimp customer-service and compliance teams with a down-to earth approach and an emphasis on empowering users. Managing a team of more than 40 people, I still answer tech-support tickets and teach webinars on a daily basis.
I enjoy getting lost in music, spending time with friends and family and hope to one day find the time to restore vintage motorcycles.
